He sensed Li Fan’s location and sped up to catch up.
But every time he got close, something unexpected would happen, forcing him back.
Thus, they chased each other for a while. Though his speed was much faster than Li Fan's, he never managed to catch up.
Finally, Lustrous Isle came into view.
The person cautiously looked around and, seeing no further surprises, sighed in relief. With a stern expression, he prepared to use his dao techniques to kill Li Fan.
