Li Fan felt a sudden realization: "Shouchou, do you think this cultivator looks familiar?"
jiù lián shèng zhě dōu bú huì yú fù lián shān hǎi zhōng chóng xiàn ， gèng bié tí nà huò xǔ néng lìng zhěng gè xiān jiè chāo tuō de mò dà jī yuán le 。
就连圣者都不会于复联山海中重现，更别提那或许能令整个仙界超脱的莫大机缘了。
"Only slightly similar, but I'm sure he's related to that one."
“ rú cǐ yǐn mì ， què bù néng zhī zhī 。 dàng zhēn yī dà hàn shì 。” dào dé àn tàn yī shēng 。
“如此隐秘，却不能知之。当真一大憾事。”道德暗叹一声。
"The End Saint of the Sea and Sky, Qiu Xinhui?" Dao De also noticed something.
“ shān hǎi jiān ， wú qióng shì 。 jí biàn shì mǒu zhǒng yì yì shàng dài biǎo shān hǎi běn shēn de sān shèng ， yě bù néng shuō jǐn zhī 。 wú děng zhēn jiǎ zhī biàn jiā shēn ， yǐ jīng shì mò dà zào huà le 。” shǒu qiū zé shì xiào le xiào ， bìng bù yǐ wéi yì 。
“山海间，无穷事。即便是某种意义上代表山海本身的三圣，也不能说尽知。吾等真假之变加身，已经是莫大造化了。”守丘则是笑了笑，并不以为意。
The Three Sages didn't continue teasing them: "This cultivator is named Qiu Tianhui. He hesitates at the threshold of transcendence. Not due to lack of talent, but..."
lǐ fán què shì hū de yǔ chū jīng rén ：“ wǒ dǎo shì yǒu gè xiǎng fǎ 。 hái zhēn suǒ zài ， shān hǎi biàn huà gāng yào ， huò xǔ qí zhōng biàn liú yǒu tiān luó dì xiāng guān zhū sī mǎ jì 。”
李凡却是忽的语出惊人：“我倒是有个想法。还真所载，山海变化纲要，或许其中便留有天罗帝相关蛛丝马迹。”
"Let us hear his inner thoughts."
“ wèi bì shì zhí jiē jì zǎi nà wèi zhī de zào huà jī yuán ， què kě tōng guò yuán chū xiān jiè xiāo shī qián hòu shān hǎi biàn huà ， kuī tàn yī èr 。”
“未必是直接记载那未知的造化机缘，却可通过原初仙界消失前后山海变化，窥探一二。”
Taiyi Saint snapped his fingers and a light point shot into the Sea and Sky image, merging with Qiu Tianhui's figure.
“ wǒ yǐ dé qí hòu shān hǎi biàn huà gāng yào 。 zhǐ xū yú yuán chū xiān jiè xiāo shī zhī qián ， zài yǎn yī bǎn gāng yào 。 liǎng xiāng duì bǐ ， yǒu kě néng jiù néng kàn chū diǎn shén me 。”
“我已得其后山海变化纲要。只需于原初仙界消失之前，再衍一版纲要。两相对比，有可能就能看出点什么。”
His inner thoughts echoed in the璇玑环and the ears of the Sages.
sān rén tóng xīn tóng dé ， zì shì zhī xiǎo hái zhēn suǒ de gāng yào jiū jìng shì hé děng xiáng jìn 。
三人同心同德，自是知晓还真所得纲要究竟是何等详尽。
"Annoyance, frustration."
lǐ fán shèn zhì néng zhí jiē yǐ qí wèi mú bǎn ， chéng jiù shān hǎi zhī shèng zhě 。
李凡甚至能直接以其为模板，成就山海之圣者。
"Leaping beyond possibilities, still trapped within the Sea and Sky. What kind of transcendence is this?"
“ hái zhēn jì néng měi měi zhòng sù shān hǎi ， shān hǎi jiān yī qiè biàn huà zì táo bù guò hái zhēn ěr mù 。” shǒu qiū sī cǔn le yī fān hòu ， diǎn tóu zàn tóng dào 。
“还真既能每每重塑山海，山海间一切变化自逃不过还真耳目。”守丘思忖了一番后，点头赞同道。
"This step should not have been taken!"
“ rú cǐ shuō lái ， dào jiǎn dān le 。 zhǐ xū zài xíng fù lián zhī shì ， jiāng shí jiān jié diǎn tuī zhì tiān luó dì xiāo shī zhī qián ， ér hòu hái zhēn 。 jì kě kuī sān shèng zhī yǔn duì shān hǎi biàn yì yǐng xiǎng ， yě kě chá tàn tiān luó dì yǐn mì 。”
“如此说来，倒简单了。只需再行复联之事，将时间节点推至天罗帝消失之前，而后还真。既可窥三圣之陨对山海变易影响，也可查探天罗帝隐秘。”
"I wonder if there exists a more perfect method in the world."
sān rén xīn zhōng àn zì jiāo liú 。
三人心中暗自交流。
Qiu Tianhui's inner voice reverberated, and all the Sages raised their brows, feeling somewhat incredulous.
xuán jī huán zhōng zhū shèng yǐ jīng zài shāng tǎo xià yī cì shān hǎi fù lián shì yí le 。
璇玑环中诸圣已经在商讨下一次山海复联事宜了。
"Without even taking that step to transcendence, he can see the truth of the Sea and Sky? Observing the entire sky from within a well?"
shān hǎi qīng fù zhī wēi zài méi yǒu chè dǐ jiě jué zhī qián ， zhū shèng shì bù cún zài xiū xī yī shuō de 。
山海倾覆之威在没有彻底解决之前，诸圣是不存在休息一说的。
"Back when I transcended, it was far from this level of烦恼. True or false?"
hǎo zài lǚ zhàn lǚ shèng ， shèn zhì hé lì cóng xū jiè huà shēn shǒu xià huà jiě yǔn mìng wēi jī ， zhū shèng zhī jiān yě shì shì qì gāo áng 。
好在屡战屡胜，甚至合力从虚界化身手下化解殒命危机，诸圣之间也是士气高昂。
The Sages were shaken. The image of Qiu Tianhui continued.
“ qián fāng xū jiè ， bù guò sān wàn nián guāng yīn 。 xiāng jiào yú wú děng fù lián shí wàn nián ， kě wèi xiǎo wū jiàn dà wū 。 bù guò ……”
“前方虚界，不过三万年光阴。相较于吾等复联十万年，可谓小巫见大巫。不过……”
After years of contemplation, he finally achieved nothing.
“ què bìng fēi shì qīng yì néng ná xià de 。” lián shān shèng zhě de huà ， shǐ de yíng rào zài zhū shèng xīn zhōng jī dàng qíng xù ， dùn shí wèi zhī yī jìng 。
“却并非是轻易能拿下的。”连山圣者的话，使得萦绕在诸圣心中激荡情绪，顿时为之一静。
So he left his hometown and wandered around various star systems.
“ zhū wèi kě zhī ， xū jiè wèi hé huì xiǎn huà wú děng huà shēn yú xū jiè zhōng xí jī ？”
“诸位可知，虚界为何会显化吾等化身于虚界中袭击？”
Of course, he didn't leave the possibility space but merely changed to another region.
miàn duì lián shān shèng zhě de zhè yī yí wèn ， zhū shèng chà nà jiān yě fǎng fú dōu xiǎng dào le shén me ， shén qíng wēi biàn 。
面对连山圣者的这一疑问，诸圣刹那间也仿佛都想到了什么，神情微变。
Time passed, who knows how many years.
“ cǐ cì shān hǎi fù lián zhī qián ， zāo dào fú jī de wú děng ， shí zé bìng méi yǒu shén me tè shū de dì fāng 。 lùn qiáng ruò ， bù shèng guò qí tā shí jiān duàn shàng cún zài ； yě méi yǒu zuò chū ， tè yì yǐn dòng xū jiè zhù yì zhī shì ……”
“此次山海复联之前，遭到伏击的吾等，实则并没有什么特殊的地方。论强弱，不胜过其他时间段上存在；也没有做出，特意引动虚界注意之事……”
Qiu Tianhui neglected his appearance for so long that he had become a madman.
“ zhǐ shì zài qián wǎng qián fāng shān hǎi tú zhōng ， zāo dào xū jiè zǔ jī bà le 。”
“只是在前往前方山海途中，遭到虚界阻击罢了。”
One day, he suddenly sensed something and returned to normal in an instant.
tōng guò zhè liǎng cì gēn xū jiè mù hòu de shì tàn xìng jiē chù ， lǐ fán suàn shì duì qí xíng wéi fāng shì duō shǎo yǒu xiē liǎo jiě le 。
通过这两次跟虚界幕后的试探性接触，李凡算是对其行为方式多少有些了解了。
He appeared by a small pond.
jí wéi lěng jìng lǐ zhì de jué cè zhě ， bù zuò wú yì yì zhī shì 。 guān jiàn shí hòu ， què yòu bù lìn qīng qí suǒ yǒu ， wáng mìng yī bó 。
极为冷静理智的决策者，不做无意义之事。关键时候，却又不吝倾其所有，亡命一搏。
"This place... seems somewhat strange?"

此刻听闻三圣所言，李凡顿时明白过来。
Someone in the璇玑环recognized the pond's origin: "Sea and Sky Fishery?"
shān hǎi gēn xū jiè de kàng zhēng shì gè jù dà de zhàn chǎng ， ruò shì wú guān jǐn yào de jiǎo luò ， xū jiè mù hòu dìng rán bú huì wú gù fēn huà lì liàng qù zǔ jī xū jiè zhōng sān shèng de 。
山海跟虚界的抗争是个巨大的战场，若是无关紧要的角落，虚界幕后定然不会无故分化力量去阻击虚界中三圣的。
Qiu Tianhui initially looked very serious but then became extremely happy. He clapped his hands and said, "The way out is right here!"
“ yě jiù shì shuō ……”
“也就是说……”
Then he leaped into the water.
“ qián fāng shān hǎi ， nǎi shì lèi sì shān hé xiǎn yào 、 jūn shì zhòng zhèn ， suǒ wèi bīng jiā bì zhēng zhī dì 。 wèi le fáng zhǐ rèn hé kě néng chū xiàn de yì wài qíng kuàng ， cái huì zài sān shèng xiǎng yào jiē chù zhī qián ， jiù pài chū lì liàng 、 jiāng tā men xiāo miè 。”
“前方山海，乃是类似山河险要、军事重镇，所谓兵家必争之地。为了防止任何可能出现的意外情况，才会在三圣想要接触之前，就派出力量、将祂们消灭。”
Li Fan knew that the Sea and Sky Fishery was a fishing pool with its own mysteries.
lǐ fán sān rén hù xiāng duì shì le yī yǎn 。
李凡三人互相对视了一眼。
Only true anglers could see all the secrets within it.
yóu shǒu qiū zhí jiē kāi kǒu wèn dào ：“ gǎn wèn lián shān shèng zhě ， qián fāng shān hǎi ， jiū jìng yǒu hé zhǒng tè shū yì yì ？”
由守丘直接开口问道：“敢问连山圣者，前方山海，究竟有何种特殊意义？”
Only by truly casting a line could one catch various treasures from the fishing pool.
lián shān shèng zhě chén yín le yī fān hòu ， bìng méi yǒu zhí jiē huí dá ， ér shì xiān wèi zhòng rén jiě shì qǐ lái ：“ shān hǎi nǎi shì yú zhěng tiáo shí jiān xiàn shàng ， lián mián yán xù de cún zài 。 yóu gǔ zhì jīn ， zài dào wèi lái 。 shān hǎi zì shēn nèi ， yǎn huà wú qióng kě néng xìng 。 shān hǎi zì shēn ， yě chǔ yú shí kè biàn dòng zhī zhōng 。”
连山圣者沉吟了一番后，并没有直接回答，而是先为众人解释起来：“山海乃是于整条时间线上，连绵延续的存在。由古至今，再到未来。山海自身内，衍化无穷可能性。山海自身，也处于时刻变动之中。”
What Qiu Tianhui did next greatly surprised Li Fan.
“ dàn shān hǎi zhěng tǐ zǒu xiàng bù biàn 。 zì shān hǎi fēn shén hòu ， shān hǎi xiāng lián 、 bù fēn bǐ cǐ ， ér hòu zuì zhōng zǒu xiàng shí guāng zhī mò ， yíng lái zuì zhōng mò lù 。 zhè biàn shì shān hǎi zhī sù mìng 。”
“但山海整体走向不变。自山海分神后，山海相连、不分彼此，而后最终走向时光之末，迎来最终末路。这便是山海之宿命。”
He didn't hold a rod but used himself as bait!
“ shān hǎi shēng líng ， nǎi zhì wú děng shèng zhě ， suǒ zuò suǒ wéi ， huò néng yǐng xiǎng shān hǎi nèi zhū duō kě néng xìng 。 rán ……”
“山海生灵，乃至吾等圣者，所作所为，或能影响山海内诸多可能性。然……”
He attracted the Sea and Sky Angler on the other side of the fishery!
“ què nán yǐng xiǎng ， shān hǎi dà shì ！”
“却难影响，山海大势！”
"Could he want to escape using the Sea and Sky Angler?"
lián shān shèng zhě shǒu qīng qīng yī huī ， lián mián shān hǎi yǐng xiàng biàn fú xiàn yú zhòng rén miàn qián 。
连山圣者手轻轻一挥，连绵山海影像便浮现于众人面前。
"But it's just switching from one cage to another. Even worse, falling into the Angler's trap, helpless and miserable."
xiāng jiào yú zhū shèng mù qián suǒ jiàn shān hǎi ， yǎn qián jǐng xiàng gèng wéi wán zhěng 。
相较于诸圣目前所见山海，眼前景象更为完整。
"Considering his wisdom, this wouldn't be a wise move."
cóng yáo bù kě jí de shān hǎi zhī chū ， dào huì àn wú guāng de shān hǎi zhī mò 。
从遥不可及的山海之初，到晦暗无光的山海之末。
The Sages were still discussing when Qiu Tianhui was instantly pulled away by the Sea and Sky Angler.
shān hǎi zhī lián mián 、 màn cháng ， dé yǐ píng cǐ fāng shì jù xiàn 。
山海之连绵、漫长，得以凭此方式具现。
There was nothing surprising about it.
“ kàn lái jīng guò sān cì fù lián ， sān shèng shí lì dí què dà yǒu jīng jìn 。”
“看来经过三次复联，三圣实力的确大有精进。”
The Sea and Sky Angler was also a Sage-level existence. The gap between him and untranscended cultivators was immeasurable.
“ lián shān shèng zhě zhè suí shǒu ér wèi ， yǐ rán jù yǒu jǐ fēn 【 shān hǎi biàn huà gāng yào 】 zhī jīng suǐ le 。”
“连山圣者这随手而为，已然具有几分【山海变化纲要】之精髓了。”
Qiu Tianhui had no chance to resist.

If he could have contested with the Angler...
tā néng dé jiàn shān hǎi zhī quán mào ， shì yīn wèi hái zhēn suǒ shòu shān hǎi gāng yào 。 ér sān shèng què shì zì shēn gǎn wù suǒ de 。
他能得见山海之全貌，是因为还真所授山海纲要。而三圣却是自身感悟所得。
That would be like Li Fan, having some great fortune bestowed upon him.
méi yǒu lǐ huì chǎng zhōng zhū shèng nèi xīn xiǎng fǎ ， lián shān shèng zhě jì xù jiǎng dào ：“ shān hǎi bēn liú ， bù gǎi qí xíng 。 nǎ pà bèi xū jiè cóng zhōng yī dào dào gé duàn ， rú jīn yě yī jiù wéi chí zhe zhěng tǐ tài shì 。”
没有理会场中诸圣内心想法，连山圣者继续讲道：“山海奔流，不改其形。哪怕被虚界从中一道道隔断，如今也依旧维持着整体态势。”
Unfortunately, that didn't happen.
“ yǐ xū jiè wěi lì ， shàng qiě rú cǐ 。 gèng hé kuàng wú děng ？”
“以虚界伟力，尚且如此。更何况吾等？”
The璇玑环was silent. The Sages looked at the Three Sages for an answer.
“ shān hǎi nàn biàn ， zhèng shì rú cǐ 。”
“山海难变，正是如此。”
Taiyi Saint merely gestured lightly and told them to continue watching.
lián shān shèng zhě shuō dào zhè lǐ ， dùn le dùn 。 ér hòu què hū de huà fēng yī zhuǎn ：“ suī nán biàn 、 què bìng fēi bù kě gǎi biàn 。 wú děng cháng shuō ， shān hǎi jiān mǒu mǒu shì ， wú guān zhōng jú 、 bù bì zài yì 。 fēi shì wú děng má bì dà yì ， shí zài shì jiù suàn fàng rèn qí yǐng xiǎng zuì dà huà ， yě nán yǐ hàn dòng gǎi biàn shān hǎi dà shì 。 zhēn zhèng yì yì shàng de ， wú guān zhōng jú 。”
连山圣者说到这里，顿了顿。而后却忽的话锋一转：“虽难变、却并非不可改变。吾等常说，山海间某某事，无关终局、不必在意。非是吾等麻痹大意，实在是就算放任其影响最大化，也难以撼动改变山海大势。真正意义上的，无关终局。”
Sure enough, after a while of silence in the fishing pool, changes began to occur.
“ zòng shǐ yī zhěng duàn shān hǎi fù miè ， zhǐ yào shān hǎi zǒng tǐ mài luò réng zài ， biàn yǒu fù shēng zhī kě néng 。”
“纵使一整段山海覆灭，只要山海总体脉络仍在，便有复生之可能。”
The water churned violently as if something was trying to emerge from it.
“ rán ér ， què yǒu néng zhēn zhèng ， gǎi yì shān hǎi zhī xíng de cún zài 。 fàng yǎn shān hǎi zhěng gè màn cháng shēng mìng ， yě bù guò zhǐ yǒu liáo liáo shù gè jié diǎn 。”
“然而，却有能真正，改易山海之形的存在。放眼山海整个漫长生命，也不过只有寥寥数个节点。”
After a moment, with a bang, the entire fishing pool exploded open.
“ wǒ men yǎn qián ， biàn shì qí yī 。”
“我们眼前，便是其一。”
This Sea and Sky Fishery disappeared from this possibility, and a figure returned, reappearing here.
lián shān shèng zhě cǐ yán yī chū ， xuán jī huán zhōng zhū shèng quán dōu shén qíng sù rán qǐ lái 。
连山圣者此言一出，璇玑环中诸圣全都神情肃然起来。
It was Qiu Tianhui!
shǒu qiū huí xiǎng zhe guò qù suǒ jiàn ， què bìng wèi fā jué yǒu shén me tè yì zhī chù 。
守丘回想着过去所见，却并未发觉有什么特异之处。
Although he seemed to have been away for only a short time, his appearance, attire, and even mental state were vastly different from before.
xuán jī huán zhōng ， qí yú zhū shèng yì rán 。
璇玑环中，其余诸圣亦然。
He respectfully greeted the elders as he approached where the fishing pool used to be. The confusion in his heart had vanished.
lián shān shì shì kuī jiàn le zhū shèng nèi xīn xiǎng fǎ ：“ rén yǒu cáng zhuō běn néng ， shān hǎi yì shì rú cǐ 。 zhè jǐ chù guān jiàn jié diǎn ， yóu rú rén zhī mìng xué ， zhòng yào fēi cháng 。 shān hǎi zì huì zhǔ dòng jìn xíng zhē yǎn 。”
连山似是窥见了诸圣内心想法：“人有藏拙本能，山海亦是如此。这几处关键节点，犹如人之命穴，重要非常。山海自会主动进行遮掩。”
"As I suspected, although the Dao obstructs the Sea and Sky, since the Sea and Sky still exist, it means that disconnected segments of the Sea and Sky are subtly connected through a network. Ordinary methods cannot reveal this. Only by using various special techniques can one follow such a path."
“ zòng shǐ xún cháng shèng zhě ， nǎ pà shēn chù qí zhōng ， yě nán yǐ chá jué 。”
“纵使寻常圣者，哪怕身处其中，也难以察觉。”
"The Sea and Sky Fishery is one of them."
“ wéi yǒu néng zòng lǎn zhěng tǐ shān hǎi zhě ， yú quán jú guān zhī ， fāng néng yǐn yǐn kuī tàn qí mài luò 。”
“唯有能纵览整体山海者，于全局观之，方能隐隐窥探其脉络。”
"However, it has already been occupied by the Senior Angler. There's no room for others. I can only seek another method..."
“ qiān shè shān hǎi mìng mài ， běn bù néng qīng yì xiāng gào 。 bù guò shān hǎi zǎo yǐ jīng xiàn rù wēi jú ， rú jīn zhè qíng kuàng ， dǎo shì wú suǒ wèi le 。”
“牵涉山海命脉，本不能轻易相告。不过山海早已经陷入危局，如今这情况，倒是无所谓了。”
Qiu Tianhui waved his hand to restore the destruction caused by the fishing pool and returned home.
lián shān shèng zhě zhè me shuō zhe ， guī hǎi shèng zhě jiāng zhū shèng huán shì shān hǎi quán jǐng mǒu yī duàn qǐng kè fàng dà 。
连山圣者这么说着，归海圣者将诸圣环视山海全景某一段顷刻放大。
Indeed, Qiu Tianhui had a partner in cultivation.
“ suǒ wèi cǎo shé huī xiàn ， fú mài qiān lǐ 。 mǒu xiē bù qǐ yǎn zhī rén zhī shì ， yǒu kě néng duì shān hǎi zhěng tǐ dà shì ， zào chéng nán yǐ xiǎng xiàng de yǐng xiǎng 。 chū shí bù xiǎn ， xǔ jiǔ zhī hòu ， cái huì bào fā chū lái 。”
“所谓草蛇灰线，伏脉千里。某些不起眼之人之事，有可能对山海整体大势，造成难以想象的影响。初时不显，许久之后，才会爆发出来。”
They grew up together since childhood, supporting each other on their paths of cultivation until now.
yǐng xiàng jì xù biàn dà ， zhí zhì jù jiāo zài mǒu yī jù tǐ kě néng xìng 、 mǒu wèi xiū shì shēn shàng 。
影像继续变大，直至聚焦在某一具体可能性、某位修士身上。
Qiu Tianhui's cultivation had reached the extreme limit of possibilities. His partner was slightly less advanced, having already achieved an unnamed True Immortal and was only half a step away from transcendence.
cǐ xiū shì ， yǐn yǐn yǐ shì chāo tuō xiū wèi 。
此修士，隐隐已是超脱修为。
Her name was Shao Zida. Her path revolved around love!
suí shí kě yǐ tiào chū zì shēn suǒ zài kě néng xìng ， dàn bù zhī wèi hé ， tā lǚ lǚ jǐ dù wàng tiān ， dōu shì cháng tàn yī shēng 、 zuì zhōng fàng qì 。

超脱境界，在诸圣眼中实在不值一提。
She firmly believed that no matter what happened, Qiu Tianhui would return someday.
kàn dào cǐ fān qíng jǐng ， yě shì fēn fēn jué de yǒu xiē bù míng suǒ yǐ 。
看到此番情景，也是纷纷觉得有些不明所以。
When Qiu Tianhui reappeared, their eyes met, and they embraced with countless words.
lǐ fán dǎo shì xīn zhōng yī dòng ：“ shǒu qiū ， yǒu méi yǒu jué de ， zhè wèi xiū shì 、 yǒu xiē miàn shàn ？”
李凡倒是心中一动：“守丘，有没有觉得，这位修士、有些面善？”
Then they indulged in soulful cultivation together.
“ suī zhǐ yǒu jǐ fēn xiāng sì ， dàn yīng gāi néng què dìng ， tā gēn nà yī wèi yǒu guān 。”
“虽只有几分相似，但应该能确定，他跟那一位有关。”
Qiu Tianhui's experience was also known to Shao Zida during this cultivation.
“ shān hǎi mò shèng ， qiū xīn huì ？” dào dé yě kàn chū le xiē duān ní 。
“山海末圣，丘心慧？”道德也看出了些端倪。
