In an instant, numerous thoughts flashed through Bai Shu Yue's mind as she nodded at Boundless Wall and said, "You can rest assured; I have my own considerations."
zàn qiě jiāng xīn xīn fǎ de tuī yǎn fàng dào yī biān ， bái shù yuè jiè zhù wú jí zhī lì ， wú shì xuán huáng jiè nèi 、 chuán fǎ tiān zūn nì lǐ guī zé ， qián xīn xiū xíng 。

却一反常态的陷入了诡异的沉默之中。
Boundless Wall mumbled, "Just suddenly thought of some scary things."
shèn zhì yú hái yǒu xiē hài pà ， bù dòng shēng sè de duǒ yuǎn le xiē 。 bù shì xiān qián nà bān qīn jìn le 。
甚至于还有些害怕，不动声色的躲远了些。不似先前那般亲近了。
"Scary?"
bái shù yuè kàn de hǎo xiào ：“ xiǎng jǐn fāng fǎ ， ràng wǒ xiū xíng de shì nǐ 。 wǒ zhēn nǔ lì xiū xíng zhī hòu ， zuò zhè fān zī tài de yòu shì nǐ 。”
白漱月看的好笑：“想尽方法，让我修行的是你。我真努力修行之后，作这番姿态的又是你。”
"Perhaps in other worlds, you are a great figure. But here, under the special environment of Xuanhuang Realm, you remain an ordinary person. If you transcend and meet your counterpart from another world…"
“ shì hé yuán gù ？”
“是何缘故？”
"Wouldn't that be like a sheep entering a tiger's den?"
wú liàng bì dū nāng zhe ：“ zhǐ shì tū rán xiǎng dào le xiē ， ràng rén hài pà de shì qíng 。”
无量壁嘟囔着：“只是突然想到了些，让人害怕的事情。”

“ huò xǔ ， nǐ zài qí tā shì jiè ， shì shén me liǎo bù dé de dà rén wù 。 zhǐ shì zài cǐ jiè ， shòu dào xuán huáng jiè tè shū huán jìng de yā zhì ， cái shǐ zhōng shì gè fán rén 。 ruò shì nǐ chāo tuō hòu ， gēn qí tā shì jiè de nǐ xiāng yù ……”
“或许，你在其他世界，是什么了不得的大人物。只是在此界，受到玄黄界特殊环境的压制，才始终是个凡人。若是你超脱后，跟其他世界的你相遇……”
She still did not fully understand the truth of the mountains and seas or the myriad possibilities that coexisted. She certainly had no idea about the cultivation methods where all selves converged to transcend.

“岂不是羊入虎口？”

“怎么就羊入虎口了？”白漱月顿感好奇。
"In most cases, those who reach the realm of transcendence don't need to worry about this. After all, with infinite possibilities in the mountains and seas, having multiple selves transcend is extremely rare. But your talent is so extraordinary that it's hard to say," Boundless Wall sighed.

无量壁简单向其阐述了番，随即白漱月的神情也变得严肃起来。
This was something Boundless Wall had not considered before.
“ rú cǐ shuō lái ， jiù suàn chéng jiù chāo tuō zhī hòu ， yě bú jiàn de jiù huì biàn gēng ān quán ？ fǎn ér huì yīn wèi bào lù zì shēn ， ér gèng jiā wēi xiǎn ？”
“如此说来，就算成就超脱之后，也不见得就会变更安全？反而会因为暴露自身，而更加危险？”
However, as they were familiar with each other, Bai Shu Yue knew exactly where her extraordinary abilities came from.
“ yì bān qíng kuàng xià ， néng dá dào chāo tuō jìng jiè de ， gēn běn wú xū dān xīn zhè xiē 。 bì jìng jiù suàn shān hǎi zhōng yǒu wú xiàn kě néng xìng ， yǒu fù shù gè zì jǐ chéng jiù chāo tuō de ， yě shì jí qí hǎn jiàn 。 dàn nǐ zhī tiān fù ， rú cǐ yāo niè 。 jiù bù hǎo shuō le a 。” wú liàng bì tàn xī dào 。
“一般情况下，能达到超脱境界的，根本无需担心这些。毕竟就算山海中有无限可能性，有复数个自己成就超脱的，也是极其罕见。但你之天赋，如此妖孽。就不好说了啊。”无量壁叹息道。
"Other-world self, if you didn't have the ability to rebirth endlessly, you wouldn't be like me," Bai Shu Yue thought, feeling somewhat relieved.
xiū xíng tiān zī gāo ， dí què shì hǎo shì 。 dàn ruò tài gāo de huà ， què yòu bú shì shén me hǎo shì le 。
修行天资高，的确是好事。但若太高的话，却又不是什么好事了。

After some time, Boundless Wall finally broke the silence.

但现在，她距离成仙也就一步之遥，却因此反而看的更清晰一切。
"Damn it, I still trust my instincts; this is a great fortune!" he said with determination.
zhè shì jiù suàn wèi liè zhēn xiān ， yě nán yǐ qǐ jí 、 xiǎng xiàng de mò dà shén lì ！
这是就算位列真仙，也难以企及、想象的莫大神力！
Bai Shu Yue came back to her senses and shook her head in amusement: "Let's take one step at a time. I was just an ordinary person initially, but now I've lived through many lives. Even if it ends suddenly, it was worth it. Why think about this much?"

越是思考，越是觉得自己在其面前的渺小、无力。
After the brief interlude, they formally discussed methods of ascending to immortality.

"An immortal is different from an ordinary person because of [the Mountains and Seas]."

许久之后，最终还是无量壁打破了沉默。
"The peaks of Above Mountain, achieving the high status of an immortal; the boundless sea providing endless sources of power..."
“ nǎi nǎi de ， běn dà yé wǒ hái shì xiāng xìn zì jǐ zhí jué ， yīng gāi bú shì huò shì 、 fǎn dào shì tiān dà fú yuán ！” tā yǎo yǎo yá shuō dào 。
“奶奶的，本大爷我还是相信自己直觉，应该不是祸事、反倒是天大福缘！”他咬咬牙说道。
Like any other being hearing about the truth for the first time, Bai Shu Yue's mind was deeply impressed by the might of immortals. It far exceeded their imagination.
bái shù yuè huí guò shén lái ， shěn rán yáo tóu ：“ qiě zǒu yī bù ， kàn yī bù 。 wǒ zuì chū bù guò yī xiǎo xiǎo fán rén ， rú jīn yǐ jīng duō huó le zhè me duō shì 。 jiù suàn zhòu rán bào bì ， yě zhí le 。 wú duān xiǎng zhè xǔ duō zuò shèn 。”
白漱月回过神来，哂然摇头：“且走一步，看一步。我最初不过一小小凡人，如今已经多活了这么多世。就算骤然暴毙，也值了。无端想这许多作甚。”
"No wonder there is such a vast difference between immortals and ordinary people," Bai Shu Yue thought to herself.
yī duàn chā qǔ zhī hòu ， èr rén zhèng shì shāng yì dēng xiān zhī fǎ 。
一段插曲之后，二人正式商议登仙之法。
Boundless Wall continued, "Your current realm is sufficient. If the Immortal Court still exists, I could get you an edict from an Immortal Emperor privately, and you would instantly ascend. But..."
“ xiān zhě ， zhī suǒ yǐ yì yú fán rén ， zài yú 【 shān hǎi 】。”
“仙者，之所以异于凡人，在于【山海】。”
"Since the Immortal Realm has collapsed, even if I have resources left, it might not work."
“ shàng fāng shān ， chéng jiù xiān zhī gāo shì ； wú xiàn hǎi ， gōng jǐ wú xiàn quán yuán ……”

Boundless Wall rolled his eyes: "What do you know? With a full belly, one's heart is at ease. If I hadn't prepared for the future by gathering so much material long ago, how could I have survived the collapse of the Immortal Realm?"
“ nán guài xiān fán zhī bié ， shì ruò tiān yuān 。” bái shù yuè nèi xīn gǎn kǎi 。
“难怪仙凡之别，似若天渊。”白漱月内心感慨。
"It might be because I overindulged; my current strength is actually weaker than before," Bai Shu Yue scoffed.
wú liàng bì jì xù shuō zhe ：“ nǐ rú jīn jìng jiè yǐ gòu 。 ruò shì xiān tíng réng zài ， wǒ qù sī xià lǐ gǎo yī zhāng xiān dì fǎ zhǐ lái ， jiù néng ràng nǐ lì dì dēng xiān 。 bù guò ma ……”
无量壁继续说着：“你如今境界已够。若是仙庭仍在，我去私下里搞一张仙帝法旨来，就能让你立地登仙。不过嘛……”
"There is some truth to that. But..." Boundless Wall's eyes gleamed with pride as he said, "The power I seek differs greatly from what you cultivators pursue."
“ xiān jiè pò miè ， jiù suàn wǒ dǔ zi lǐ hái yǒu cún huò ， kǒng pà yě bù hǎo shǐ le 。”
“仙界破灭，就算我肚子里还有存货，恐怕也不好使了。”
"I am just a tile after all. Why bother with fighting and killing?"
bái shù yuè wén yán ， yǒu xiē nà mèn ：“ nǐ dǔ zi lǐ jiū jìng tūn le duō shǎo dōng xī ？”
白漱月闻言，有些纳闷：“你肚子里究竟吞了多少东西？”
After so many lives together, Bai Shu Yue heard this for the first time. She pondered it and her eyes widened in disbelief: "Could your ultimate goal still be..."
wú liàng bì fān le fān bái yǎn ：“ nǐ dǒng shén me ？ dù lǐ yǒu liáng ， xīn zhōng bù huāng 。 ruò bú shì zǎo nián jiān wèi yǔ chóu móu ， sōu luó le zhè me duō wù zī ， dāng nián yān néng cóng xiān jiè pò miè dà jié zhōng huó zhe táo chū lái ？”
无量壁翻了翻白眼：“你懂什么？肚里有粮，心中不慌。若不是早年间未雨绸缪，搜罗了这么多物资，当年焉能从仙界破灭大劫中活着逃出来？”
"Exactly! My wish is to become the foremost pillar of the Mountains and Seas!" Boundless Wall said solemnly.
“ pà yě zhèng shì yīn wèi chī chēng le ， xiàn zài de shí lì 、 fǎn ér bù rú guò wǎng le 。” bái shù yuè chī xiào dào 。
“怕也正是因为吃撑了，现在的实力、反而不如过往了。”白漱月嗤笑道。
"In the past, I was even above the Sage King at Taiyi Palace! Overseeing the Sage King, stabilizing the mountains and seas— that's what we seek as pillars."
“ shì yǒu zhè me jǐ fēn dào lǐ 。 bù guò ma ……” wú liàng bì dà yǎn zhū yī zhuǎn ， pǒ yǒu xiē zì dé de shuō dào ，“ wǒ suǒ zhuī qiú de shí lì ， gēn nǐ men xiū shì ， shí zé dà bù xiāng tóng 。”
“是有这么几分道理。不过嘛……”无量壁大眼珠一转，颇有些自得的说道，“我所追求的实力，跟你们修士，实则大不相同。”
"All the resources consumed over time were transformed into internal refinement to push me toward my goal..."
“ shuō dào dǐ ， wǒ bù guò shì yī kuài wǎ piàn bà le 。 qù zhuī xún dǎ dǎ shā shā zuò shén me ？”
“说到底，我不过是一块瓦片罢了。去追寻打打杀杀做什么？”
